Classes last from 1 to 3 hours and include;

All hen dance parties are designed and delivered by True Motion’s founder, Kelly Marie Such. Kelly has full public liability insurance, a DBS, has undertaken child safeguarding and emergency first aid training and is a licensed chaperone with Norfolk County Council.

You can choose from one of the pre-designed parties below or create your own. Whatever your choice, Kelly will work with you to design a fun party that ensures the bride to be and all her guests have a celebration to remember.

Single Ladies – Our most popular hen dance party! Learn a specially choreographed routine to Beyoncé’s ‘Single Ladies’ and learn some of the moves from the original video.

Spice Girls – Relive the 90s and get your girl power on with a mix of Spice Girl favourites.

Pitch Perfect – Learn a routine to Bella’s finals mix. This is a fabulous party for hens that want to have a fun time, let loose and learn some great moves.

Hairspray – For those who love musical theatre get shaking to ‘You Can’t Stop The Beat’.

Old School Hip Hop – Take it back to the 90s and learn some old school hip hop moves to show off on the dance floor.

1920s – Get your Charleston on and celebrate in style.

Dance Off – Got a large amount of hens and not much space? Why not have a ‘dance off’, learn in two separate groups and come together at the end to share those fab moves in a surprise final performance.
